NYEF Pokhara Chapter, in partnership with Pokhara Research Centre (PRC), organized a dialogue marking International Youth Day 2026. Government representatives, entrepreneurs, technology professionals, academics and development partners gathered to discuss Gandaki Province’s digital future.

Discussions covered digital entrepreneurship, startups, remote work, IT infrastructure and skilled talent. Participants explored the proposed Pokhara IT Park and opportunities to attract technology companies and digital nomads.

Government representatives and industry experts emphasized practical policies, better connectivity and stronger public-private collaboration. The event continued NYEF Pokhara’s advocacy for an IT Park and greater youth participation in the digital economy.

Recommendations will be compiled into a policy advocacy report and shared with local, provincial and national authorities to guide future initiatives.
