IDEAS: Future Leaders of Pokhara 2026 was successfully organized by the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs' Forum (NYEF) Pokhara in collaboration with the Business Promotion Center, Pokhara Metropolitan City. The program was designed to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership among aspiring young entrepreneurs in Pokhara.

Held from 13–20 May 2026, the program consisted of six days of intensive training followed by a Business Idea Pitching Competition. Participants engaged in training sessions, workshops, mentorship, and interactive learning focused on entrepreneurial mindset development, business planning, leadership, presentation skills, and practical aspects of starting and managing a business.

The program aimed to enhance entrepreneurial thinking, equip participants with practical business knowledge, facilitate learning from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts, and encourage innovative business ideas.
